SPORT BIOMECHANICS
Biomechanics is the study of professional athletic performance. Sophisticated
mathematics and computer modelling techniques help the developing athlete
and coach to assess performance relative to an ideal model or performance
target.

programmes for developing athletes.

Strength and Conditioning prepares athletes for the physical demands of
their sport. In addition to conducting training sessions, our team conducts
Research and Development to develop new methodologies, such as novel training
and warm up methods, for enhancing athletic performance.

The Major Games Preparation Unit enhances athletes’ performance at major
